Kambo is a secretion from the Phyllomedusa Bicolor, aka giant monkey frog, which resides in the amazon rainforest.  Kambo contains a combination of peptides which contain beneficial properties for the human body and mind.  Kambo has been used by native tribes from the amazon for thousands of years for benefits which include increased strength and stamina during hunting excursions, disease prevention, and fighting bacterial infections.  

Kambo is applied to small burns in the skin.  The burns are small, not painful, and are made by incense sticks.  This is the only safe and effective way for kambo to reach the bloodstream.  Once the first dot is applied, it takes anywhere from thirty seconds to two minutes for the first symptoms to show up.  Clients sit with kambo no more than twenty minutes from the start of the first dot being applied.

I am originally from Miami, Florida.  My journey with Plant and Amphibian Medicines started in 2022.  After doing kambo a handful of times, I became very interested in learning more and decided to join the Tribal Detox team and become a practitioner in 2023.  I learned from Jason Fellows and Kelly Lamb at Tribal Detox in Creede, Co and could not be happier with this decision.  I am beyond proud to be part of the Tribal Detox family.

My approach is direct and straightforward.  My number one priority above everything else is my client's safety.  I hold space with dignity and compassion.  I provide a safe and comfortable space while assuring my clients that they may express whatever emotions that may come up in session.
